Spring Retreat
Nourishing the Whole Self
What does “wellness” mean and, more importantly, what do you need to cultivate well-being in your life? As human beings we are multifaceted and complex but that doesn’t mean our path toward wellness has to be complicated. It means that it needs to be unique to you.
Join me for this year’s Spring Retreat, where you will have the space to explore aspects of yourself and your sense of well-being. Through all that is offered, you will be able to discover and nurture parts of yourself that need it most–whether that’s through connection and community, quiet and introspection, movement or stillness, activity or rest.
I invite you to show up for yourself–practice yoga and meditation, eat nourishing and delicious food, connect with yourself and others, soak in outdoor hot springs-filled tubs and do a cold plunge in the pond, and wander through or rest in nature. Leave not just restored and rejuvenated but with the knowledge and know-how to bring wellness into your daily life.
Option to arrive early on 3/19! Early arrival includes accommodations, meals, and access to all amenities on-site. The retreat will officially begin on March 20th at 5pm.
If you are in need of scholarship support, please email me directly (ellie@ellieburke.life) so we can discuss options.

About Your Host
Ellie Burke
Ellie Burke, ERYT-500, M. Ed, and Certified Life Coach has been working in the fields of holistic wellbeing and directed self-discovery for over two decades. Ellie's teaching is informed by her background in education, her knowledge of learning philosophies and methodologies, human development and life coaching techniques, and over 20 years of experience in the mind-body sciences of yoga and meditation.
Ellie’s teaching is anchored in and guided by her own lived experience working with and understanding awareness-based self-discovery tools and how holistic wellbeing impacts one's physiological, emotional and mental wellbeing. She is extremely pragmatic and works to make what feels like out-of-reach, inaccessible understandings accessible, relevant, and practical so that real tangible changes can be made in individuals and in communities.
