Reclaimed: A restorative retreat for women ready to come back to themselves.
You’ve built the life, now it's time to come home to yourself. You're the one everyone calls. The problem-solver. The one who makes it all happen. But when was the last time someone truly held space for you?
Reclaimed is three days of deep restoration for Black and Brown women ready to step away from everyone else's expectations and reconnect with who they truly are.
Your Three-Day Journey
Over three transformative days, you'll release what no longer serves through restorative movement and yoga nidra that help your nervous system remember what safety feels like. You'll reclaim your inner knowing in workshops designed to move you from burnout to boundaries, from overwhelm to intentional living. Most importantly, you'll remember you belong as you connect deeply with women who see you, celebrate you, and remind you of your worth. These three days of uninterrupted rest give you permission to breathe, be, and become, with no meetings, to-do lists, or obligations.
You'll leave River Mountain knowing the difference between being busy and being intentional. You'll know how to say "no" without guilt and "yes" to what feeds your soul. You'll carry the muscle memory of what your body feels like when it's truly restored (not just a little better rested from doing less) and the deep knowing that you deserve to be held, supported, and celebrated exactly as you are.
The woman who says yes to this retreat in March is the same woman who will trust her intuition all year long.
