Namaste in the Mountains
Renew Your Soul in the Stillness.
Hello sweet soul,
If you’ve landed here, I trust there’s a reason.
I’m inviting you to join me for Namaste in the Mountains on July 23–26, 2026. An all-inclusive 4 day, 3 night women’s retreat in the Allegheny Mountains. There is also a 3 day option if that is what your schedule allows.
This weekend is about slowing down. It’s about feeling safe in your body again. It’s about coming back home to yourself.
We’ll gather at River Mountain surrounded by mountain views and the gentle flow of the Sweet Root River. Together we’ll step away from the noise and into a space of restoration, sisterhood, and deep renewal.
If you truly want the full experience, I encourage you to turn your phone off or keep it on airplane mode. Give yourself the gift of unplugging. When the constant communication falls away, something powerful happens, you’ll begin to hear yourself again & reconnect to your own intuition.
You’ll stay in a thoughtfully designed cabin that supports natural rhythms and deep sleep. Rustic charm with modern comfort. Clean showers. Air conditioning. A space that feels grounding and safe.
This is an all-inclusive weekend. Three nourishing homemade meals each day. A complimentary happy hour. Fresh mountain air. Intentional living.
Spots are intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and connection.
If your body feels a yes, trust it.
Reserve your space and join us.
Come home to the mountains.
Come home to yourself.
Namaste,
Renee

Renee Weiland is the owner of Reform Mind, Body, and Spirit LLC. Her pilates studio is located in Indiana, PA. She began her teaching career/love while studying Exercise Science/Kinesiology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2014. Her foundation in movement science, paired with her deep passion for holistic wellness, has shaped the way she guides others back to balance in both body and mind.
With experience in health care, pilates, doula work, reiki, hypnosis, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing, Renee weaves together science and soul in every offering she creates. What began as a personal journey of growth evolved into a calling to help others regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and feel truly at ease in their own bodies.
Through thoughtful movement, intentional breathwork, and restorative experiences rooted in nature, Renee cultivates environments that nurture awareness, healing, and self-exploration by supporting each person in slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering the sense of peace and wholeness that has always been within them.
Wellness with Nature
Resting on 150 acres, River Mountain is bordered by Sweet Root Creek, Warrior Ridge and Tussey Mountain. River Mountain's stunning spaces are designed for reflection, mindfulness, and good vibrations on your self-care journey. Creekside yoga platforms, a restored barn turned wellness space, and the calm of nature make this the ideal destination for peace and wellness.
Located just a few hours from D.C., Baltimore, and Pittsburgh, in the mountains of Pennsylvania, River Mountain is remote yet easy to access.
History
Warrior Path
Running parallel to River Mountain's eastern ridge is Warriors Path, the great Iroquois Indian highway from Six Nations country, New York, to the Catawba country in the Carolinas. The historic path along Sweet Root Creek was one of the longest and most heavily traveled land routes in eastern North America, connecting Indigenous peoples over hundreds of miles.
The Underground Railroad
Black Valley was an active route along the Underground Railroad. Local histories principally credit four, free black residents with leading the aid network in this area: Rev. John Fidler, Elias Rouse, Joseph Crawley, and James Graham. Just to the south of the River Mountain property are 13 unmarked graves of enslaved people who died traveling the route to freedom.
