Return To You: Release. Remember. Rise.
Return to You is an invitation to step away from the noise, the expectations, and the roles you’ve been carrying—and come back home to yourself.
Nestled in the quiet beauty of the mountains, this 3-night retreat creates sacred space for women who feel called to pause, reflect, and realign. Through intentional movement, guided inner work, faith-centered reflection, and time in nature, you’ll be gently led to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with who you truly are.
This retreat isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering yourself.
Together, we will:
• Let go of identities, beliefs, and patterns that no longer fit
• Reset boundaries that protect your peace and purpose
• Reconnect with your God-given worth and value
• Create space to dream again—without pressure or fear
• Regulate the nervous system and restore inner calm
• Leave grounded, renewed, and aligned with what’s next
Return to You is designed for women who have spent years showing up for everyone else and are finally ready to show up for themselves. You don’t need to have the answers. You don’t need a full plan. You just need the willingness to listen, reflect, and take one honest step forward.
This retreat is a safe, supportive, no-judgment space—where rest is honored, stories are held with care, and growth unfolds naturally.
• You will leave feeling:
• Rooted instead of rushed
• Clear instead of conflicted
• Peaceful instead of overwhelmed
• Brave enough to dream again
This is your pause.
This is your reset.
This is your Return to You.

Meet Your Hosts
Amy Spade Elias
Amy Spade Elias is passionate about helping women reconnect with who they truly are and the purpose they were created to live.
As an Occupational Therapist, Certified Dream Life Coach, and Certified Revelation Wellness Instructor, Amy has spent years guiding others toward healing, confidence, and whole-person wellness. Her work blends movement, mindset, faith, and intentional reflection to help women move beyond survival mode and begin living with clarity and freedom.
Through her business, Illuminate Health & Wellness, Amy creates spaces where women can slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover their value in a world that often asks them to give endlessly. Her approach is rooted in the belief that when we care for the body, renew the mind, and reconnect with our faith, we begin to step back into the life we were meant to live.
Amy teaches group fitness classes, leads wellness and faith-based movement experiences, and works with women who are ready to rediscover their worth, dream again, and step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
The Return to You Retreat was created from Amy’s heart for women who feel the quiet pull for something more — a space to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their identity, and remember the dreams that have been waiting beneath the responsibilities of everyday life.
Amy believes that transformation doesn’t come from becoming someone new.
It begins when we return to who we already are.

Wellness with Nature
Resting on 150 acres, River Mountain is bordered by Sweet Root Creek, Warrior Ridge and Tussey Mountain. River Mountain's stunning spaces are designed for reflection, mindfulness, and good vibrations on your self-care journey. Creekside yoga platforms, a restored barn turned wellness space, and the calm of nature make this the ideal destination for peace and wellness.
Located just a few hours from D.C., Baltimore, and Pittsburgh, in the mountains of Pennsylvania, River Mountain is remote yet easy to access.
History
Warrior Path
Running parallel to River Mountain's eastern ridge is Warriors Path, the great Iroquois Indian highway from Six Nations country, New York, to the Catawba country in the Carolinas. The historic path along Sweet Root Creek was one of the longest and most heavily traveled land routes in eastern North America, connecting Indigenous peoples over hundreds of miles.
The Underground Railroad
Black Valley was an active route along the Underground Railroad. Local histories principally credit four, free black residents with leading the aid network in this area: Rev. John Fidler, Elias Rouse, Joseph Crawley, and James Graham. Just to the south of the River Mountain property are 13 unmarked graves of enslaved people who died traveling the route to freedom.
