We offer three types of guest reservations -
1. General Guests
2. Group Retreat Guests
3. All-Inclusive Package Guests
To plan your stay, please finalize meals and/or experiences by clicking the link below based on your reservation type.
Meals and experiences must be ordered prior to arrival - at least 2 days in advance for general guests and 21 days prior to arrival for retreat guests. Feel free to share the link with anyone else in your party.
Guest meals are available for pickup in the back of the Old Log Cabin. The only exception is Grill Kits, which can be picked up in kitchenette refrigerators.

DIRECTIONS TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION:
You will receive driving directions to your accommodation the morning of your arrival.
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
We are a self check-in resort. You do not need to check-in when you arrive. If you would like to connect to wi-fi, please connect to “River Mountain Guest”. No password required.
DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS:
You do not need to check out with a team member before leaving. Please throw away any outside trash so it doesn’t blow away into the woods, please strip your beds if you have time, and please close all windows to your accommodation.
DURING YOUR STAY:
If you need anything during your stay, please use the walkie talkie located in your accommodation to contact our team. We’re available from 8AM - 8PM.
HAPPY HOUR: We offer complimentary Sweet Root Sangria and beer every day from 5-6PM in the Old Log Cabin.
COFEE AND TEA: We have free coffee and tea every morning in the Old Log Cabin. We also have coffee makers and grinds in our kitchenettes if you’d like to make a cup any time of day!
OTHER FOOD AND DRINK: Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Kitchenettes are located close to all accommodations with fridge space, microwave, plateware/silverware, electric water kettle, coffee pot with grinds, wine opener, and a sink for washing dishes. Every accommodation has a private charcoal grill. We have ice, charcoal, drinks, and snacks for sale in our kitchenettes.
WHAT TO BRING:
•A towel if you plan on using the hot tubs! We do not provide towels for the hot tubs.
•Hand towels. We do not have any hand towels on-site.
•Extra pair of shoes and socks - they may get wet.
•Raincoat/Seasonally appropriate jacket
•Flashlight
•Refillable water bottle
•Hair dryer - if you'd like
•We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and shower towels in all bathrooms. If you’re able to reuse towels multiple times, it helps us cut down on our environmental impact.
•We provide linens, blankets, and pillows in all accommodations.
Fall/Winter Items:
•Hat/Headband/Ear Covering
•Mittens/Gloves
•Extra clothing Layers - Remember, we're in the mountains and it's cooler up here, especially at night.
Spring/Summer Items:
•Bug Spray - We advise that guests apply bug spray every day before walking our paths and trails.
•Sunscreen
•Bring a few extra layers, even during spring and summer trips. We're in the mountains, and if the temperature drops at night, it’s nice to have an extra layer to wear around the campfire!
