Retreat Package ADD-ONS

Guided Horseback Trail Ride

- $135

We’ve partnered with our friends at Horseplay Stables to give you the option of a guided horseback ride during the downtime of your retreat weekend! The $135 includes an hour and a half guided trail ride through a beautiful meadow. The stables are about 30 minutes away and we can have a shuttle service coordinated if need be. Once you’re at the stables you can stroll the property, say hello to the horses, or hang by a fire - there’s plenty to do there on top of your horseback trail ride! They offer guided rides daily at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm for up to 8 people at a time. We’ll work with them to figure out the best time during your stay!

60-Minute Full Body Massage

- $100

Enjoy your 60-minute massage therapy treatment with one of our partner massage therapists. An amazing solution for tension relief and stress reduction. A full body massage typically includes work on the face, jaw, head, neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands, hips, legs, and feet. You can decide to spend more time on certain areas than others or omit certain areas altogether, and your massage therapist will give you their recommendation of what to work on to help you reach your goals for the session. We'll work with the massage therapist and your retreat host to figure out the best time during your retreat.

Brandi Bissland

meharmonium (1)

Brandi is a 500 ERYT/YACP Pittsburgh native turned Jersey girl. After practicing off and on for 20+ years Brandi made the decision in 2015 to make yoga a priority and enrolled in a 200 YTT program.

In 2020 as her Asana practice took a backseat due to the pandemic, she found and fell in love with Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of love and devotion. She is heavily involved with the Bhakti community and attends regular programs that include kirtan and lectures from incredible teachers.

Students in Brandi's class will be guided in a practice focused on breath and movement. Brandi will plant seeds of Bhakti in a way that is accessible for everyone. She hopes that by serving as a yoga teacher she can make every student feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. Brandi holds a certification for Crystal Energy Healing and Holistic Tarot Card Reading and is Reiki 1 certified (with plans to do level 2 and 3). Brandi also plays the harmonium and leads a monthly community kirtan. She incorporates mantra and chanting into her classes and also offers crystal bowls and sound healing.

Brandi took her spiritual name (Diksha), Radharani, in October of 2020. In June of 2022 she became co-lead of Honor Yoga's 200 hour YTT program.

Ganga

Lina Hernandez

ganga

Lina (Ganga) is a certified yoga teacher and artist who found the science of yoga from a very early age. She has been consistently teaching classes and workshops for the last 7 years. Her approach to the practice involves not just asana, she also infuses her teachings with spirituality and honors the essence of the philosophical aspect of yoga. In addition, Lina has been influenced by shamanic cosmology derived from her native country and other central and south american cultures.

Her passion for sound, music and dance inspires her to use different instruments during her classes to help students tune deeper within themselves and increase their vibration. Most of her teachings are based in the cycles of nature using Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts and practices that she believes will allow us to live in harmony with ourselves but also with the world around us.

Lina has trainings in Orthopedic Yoga Therapy, Meridian Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Yin Yoga, Tai Massage level 1. Currently she is completing a 300 Hr Ayurvedic Healing Course with Dr. David Frawley Pandit Vamadeva Shastri)
