Rest, Restore, and Renew Retreat
We believe that when we intentionally carve out time to attend retreats that we’ll ultimately strengthen our resiliency - mind, body, and spirit. Come rest and restore with us for 4 days and 3 nights on 150 acres of nature in Everett, Pennsylvania. River Mountain is just a three hour drive from Fredericksburg. We’ll gather to share daily yoga, restorative and yin sessions, sound healing, pranayama (breathing practices), engage in Ayurveda workshops, have lively chakra healing practices and discussions, hike, and relax. In the evenings, we’ll retreat to private modern sleeping pods to ensure each guest has their own space to restore. The circadian rhythm cabins align with the body's natural rhythms -- helping reduce stress, enhance creativity, and increase connection to the natural environment. Healthy meals will be provided for you by River Mountain’s Graze Kitchen. This retreat also includes optional sunrise yoga for earlier risers, optional journaling prompts, art activities, campfires & s'mores, stargazing, and more!
