The Heart and Soul of Women: The Call to a Meaningful Life
Women interacting together in community, have the strength to hold others up. We are the gatherers, the nurturers, and the fierce protectors. Our innate intuition, our deep array of feelings, and our ability to multitask are our superpowers, as long as we pay attention and are conscious enough to stay balanced.
Throughout life we go through many transitions, losing our footing. We free fall into uncertainty, doubt, and worry. Fear stops us from living authentically, blocking us from inner peace, joy, and fulfillment. We disconnect from our soul.
At The Heart and Soul of Women: The Call to a Meaningful Life Retreat, you will discover who you really are, what you really want, and a path forward:
- To release the limiting thoughts and beliefs that hold you back
- To gain a clear vision of who you are now & who you are becoming
- To open the door of possibilities into this new phase of life
- To stand firmly grounded in your purpose
- To hold each other in sacred space as you reconnect with your heart & soul
- To appreciate the connection of sisterhood
This program is for women who have felt called to do something new, which feels like a gnawing, burning desire for change. This program is for you if you have experienced any of the following:
- Disconnection from a loved one or significant other
- Grief after loss through death, divorce, or separation
- Recovery from a health issue
- Experiencing career dissatisfaction

Maggie Constantino
Several years ago, just as Maggie’s work life was beginning to shift in an exciting way, she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Upon her return to her job, a new sense of disconnection emerged taking her on a survivor’s journey. The confusion, grief, and dissatisfaction she experienced led her on a quest to reconnect with her purpose. This led her to train as a Cancer Journey Coach and a Qigong Instructor. These two pathways became one for Maggie as she reconnected with her real self.
Through this reconnection with her body, heart, and spirit, Maggie follows her passion to hold space for women as they walk their own journey of discovering more of who they truly are. She leads classes, sessions, workshops, and retreats from the perspective that there is always more to discover and women are at their best when they know and honor who they truly are. It is her greatest joy to witness the transformation in women as they come home to their own true magnificent selves and live from a place of trust, peace, and joy.

Judy ViaCava
As she was at the finish line of raising her two children to adulthood, Judy’s 17 year marriage was falling apart. The story of who she was, and the dream of the life to come was gone. A year after her separation from her husband, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, which ultimately put Judy on the path to transformation.
Upon her breast cancer diagnosis, Judy realized her true calling: to help other women find their purpose after a major life transition. She reached out to the Cancer Journey Institute and began her training as a Cancer Journey coach, where Maggie and Judy first met as leaders for other people in training to become CJI coaches.
A healer at heart, as a certified massage therapist, Reiki master, and empowerment coach, Judy has helped hundreds of people on their path to self-discovery, through individual and group coaching, classes, workshops and retreats. Through her own experience, and path toward healing, Judy is passionate about helping others transform into a life filled with peace, passion and purpose.
Many of Judy’s programs use horses to facilitate learning, and is established in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with non-profit equine therapy facilities. Her love of community, volunteerism, and water, led her to become a member of The Machestic Dragons, breast cancer survivor dragon boat team, where she is the vice president of the board of directors.
