Finding Balance:
Sensing the Subtle

HOSTED BY RED BRICK YOGA

Join us in the mountains this October as we seek balance among shifting seasonal foliage. We will slow down and listen, allowing the time and space for subtle body communication to arise. Spend a weekend in retreat to reset the body through the lens of a yoga practice and the seven main chakras. Discover new friends, new spaces, and new ways to practice movement, meditation, mindfulness and breathwork.

sErafina zippi

Serafina came to yoga looking for a workout; what she found was a transformation not just in body but in mind and spirit. Her practice unveiled a personal strength, an inherent intuition that guided her through hardships and set her on a path to be the healthy and happy person that she always knew she was. Her path continues to reveal that she loves to share, she loves to teach and she wants to help others discover the best versions of themselves through the discipline of a yoga practice.

Serafina is a E-RYT200 yoga instructor and has completed additional trainings in pranayama, trauma informed practices, meditation, anatomy & physiology, and restorative yoga. She is currently enrolled in a RYT300 program. Serafina is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and a nanny to her nephew Paul.

Her previous trainings and certifications include, The Fundamentals of Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley; Aroma Acupoint Therapy certification trained under Tiffany Carole, MS, L.Ac, LMP; QiGong Instructor Training from Susan Amorose, DMQ, Yoga Breath Coaching, Gravity Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Trapeze Teacher certification from Yoga Teachers College under Lucas Rockwood.
