Guided Horseback Trail Ride
We’ve partnered with our friends at Horseplay Stables to give you the option of a guided horseback ride during the downtime of your retreat weekend! The $135 includes an hour and a half guided trail ride through a beautiful meadow. The stables are about 30 minutes away and we can have a shuttle service coordinated if need be. Once you’re at the stables you can stroll the property, say hello to the horses, or hang by a fire - there’s plenty to do there on top of your horseback trail ride! They offer guided rides daily at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm for up to 8 people at a time. We’ll work with them to figure out the best time during your stay!
60-Minute Full Body Massage
Enjoy your 60-minute massage therapy treatment with one of our partner massage therapists. An amazing solution for tension relief and stress reduction. A full body massage typically includes work on the face, jaw, head, neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands, hips, legs, and feet. You can decide to spend more time on certain areas than others or omit certain areas altogether, and your massage therapist will give you their recommendation of what to work on to help you reach your goals for the session. We'll work with the massage therapist and your retreat host to figure out the best time during your retreat.
Meet Your Hosts
Yoga instruction became a passion of mine after almost 13 years as a gymnastics coach. After so many years of coaching competitive teams, I craved teaching a physical practice that is more refined and connected to health and well being. Although both practices require a lot of focus and practice, Yoga gave me the physical and mental outlets my body craved. My teaching style is inspired by the years of self training that I credit for a unique style that is fun, creative, and full of instruction. My goal is to progress your practice in a way that is natural to your body and its natural movements. Certified RYT (2009)
