Winter Calm Retreat with Nikki + Kathleen
Winter is a time of shorter days, colder nights, and the busy-ness of the holidays. The Winter Calm retreat is an opportunity to quite literally get into the more natural cycle of the season by immersing ourselves in nature.
This retreat is a chance to slow down, go inward, and reconnect with nature’s cycles through yoga practice, hiking, and connection. Join Nikki and Kathleen for four days/three nights of checking in with your own inner world, getting outside to observe and experience nature, and give yourself space to align to your own natural rhythm as we crossover into the winter season.
