Return to Nature: Awakening the Elements of You
Laura and Sarah invite you to a women’s only retreat this August! Immerse yourself in yoga, nature and community for 4 days and 3 nights. The focus of this retreat is coming back to your true self by connecting with the elements: air, fire, water, and earth. You’ll explore those elements in nature and within yourself through a consciously curated weekend of yoga practice, meaningful ritual, and connection with yourself and others. The retreat includes daily outdoor vinyasa classes with Laura and kundalini practices with Sarah, plus guided hikes, stargazing, bonfires, happy hours, and lots of laughter. Opportunity for relaxation awaits you as well with yin yoga, guided forest bathing meditations, and time throughout the day for solo ventures. Take a break from your roles and responsibilities and come home to who you really are.
