Receive & Renew

Receive & Renew: A Winter Ketamine Immersion

A ceremonial journey into restoration, remembrance, and inner warmth.

January invites us into stillness — a season of slowing down, listening inward, and tending to what the year has carried. Receive & Renew is a heart-centered ketamine immersion designed to help you release emotional weight, reconnect with your inner landscape, and begin the year grounded, clear, and restored.

This intimate retreat blends medicine, ritual, and embodied integration:

Cacao Ceremony — We open with a warm, heart-softening cacao ritual to ground the body, awaken presence, and create a gentle foundation for the journey ahead.

Mindfulness & Meditation — Guided practices help you settle your nervous system, deepen breath, and meet yourself with compassion as you prepare for the medicine.

Breathwork — A powerful somatic bridge into the ketamine experience, breathwork supports emotional release, energetic clearing, and embodied readiness.

Ketamine Immersion — Held by licensed clinicians and trauma-informed facilitators, the medicine session offers a spacious inner landscape for healing, clarity, and profound insight.

Movement Ritual — Gentle, intuitive movement helps you reconnect with your body, integrate what surfaced, and restore flow.

Sound Bowl Integration — Crystal bowls and harmonic frequencies close the day, anchoring your experience with resonance, grounding, and deep nervous system nourishment.

This retreat is for those seeking emotional renewal, spiritual reconnection, and a winter reset. Whether you are releasing old narratives, calling in clarity for the year ahead, or simply longing for a space to breathe and be held, Receive & Renew offers a path toward inner warmth and restoration.

Come as you are. Leave restored and connected!

Wellness with Nature

Resting on 150 acres, River Mountain is bordered by Sweet Root Creek, Warrior Ridge and Tussey Mountain. River Mountain's stunning spaces are designed for reflection, mindfulness, and good vibrations on your self-care journey. Creekside yoga platforms, a restored barn turned wellness space, and the calm of nature make this the ideal destination for peace and wellness.

Located just a few hours from D.C., Baltimore, and Pittsburgh, in the mountains of Pennsylvania, River Mountain is remote yet easy to access.

History

Warrior Path

Running parallel to River Mountain's eastern ridge is Warriors Path, the great Iroquois Indian highway from Six Nations country, New York, to the Catawba country in the Carolinas. The historic path along Sweet Root Creek was one of the longest and most heavily traveled land routes in eastern North America, connecting Indigenous peoples over hundreds of miles.

The Underground Railroad

Black Valley was an active route along the Underground Railroad. Local histories principally credit four, free black residents with leading the aid network in this area: Rev. John Fidler, Elias Rouse, Joseph Crawley, and James Graham. Just to the south of the River Mountain property are 13 unmarked graves of enslaved people who died traveling the route to freedom.
