The Art of
Letting Go

The Art of Letting Go

The Art of Letting Go Retreat is a sacred space curated for mature women who are ready to release the emotional weight they’ve been carrying for far too long. Over the course of four intentional days, we’ll explore the powerful process of letting go—of pain, people, patterns, and possessions that no longer serve your highest self. Through guided meditations, reflective journaling, healing workshops, and soulful sisterhood, you’ll learn to unpack what’s been holding you back and create space for peace, clarity, and renewal. This retreat isn’t about forgetting your past—it’s about freeing yourself from the burden of it.

As your Life Coach and retreat guide, I will hold a space of safety, truth, and transformation. Together, we’ll laugh, cry, release, and rise. You’ll walk away with practical tools to carry this freedom into your everyday life, along with a deeper connection to yourself and the power within you. This retreat is your permission slip to pause, breathe, and reclaim your joy. It’s time, Sis. It’s time to let go.

CAMIKA JONES

Hey loves, I’m Camika—wife of 26 years, mom to two amazing young adults, and bonus mom to many more. I’m also the heart behind Vibrant Soul Life Coaching. Through my journey as a military spouse, I’ve had the unique blessing of traveling the world and connecting with souls from every walk of life. Those experiences, along with the highs and lows of life, have shaped me into the coach I am today—grounded, compassionate, and deeply committed to supporting others through change.
I specialize in helping people navigate life’s transitions with grace and self awareness. My coaching approach is rooted in authenticity, accountability, and love. I hold space for your healing, your discovery, and your growth—not just during our sessions, but in every facet of your life. Whether you're pursuing your dreams, starting over, or simply trying to find your way, I’m here as your guide. This retreat is a sacred space for release, reflection, and renewal. I’m honored to walk this path with you. Letting go isn’t always easy. Many women carry more than they should, often leaving them overwhelmed and burdened. This retreat offers a safe space to release the baggage, build community, and find healing through laughter and connection. Join me for a weekend of renewal—you don’t have to carry it all.

Wellness with Nature

Resting on 150 acres, River Mountain is bordered by Sweet Root Creek, Warrior Ridge and Tussey Mountain. River Mountain's stunning spaces are designed for reflection, mindfulness, and good vibrations on your self-care journey. Creekside yoga platforms, a restored barn turned wellness space, and the calm of nature make this the ideal destination for peace and wellness.

Located just a few hours from D.C., Baltimore, and Pittsburgh, in the mountains of Pennsylvania, River Mountain is remote yet easy to access.

History

Warrior Path

Running parallel to River Mountain's eastern ridge is Warriors Path, the great Iroquois Indian highway from Six Nations country, New York, to the Catawba country in the Carolinas. The historic path along Sweet Root Creek was one of the longest and most heavily traveled land routes in eastern North America, connecting Indigenous peoples over hundreds of miles.

The Underground Railroad

Black Valley was an active route along the Underground Railroad. Local histories principally credit four, free black residents with leading the aid network in this area: Rev. John Fidler, Elias Rouse, Joseph Crawley, and James Graham. Just to the south of the River Mountain property are 13 unmarked graves of enslaved people who died traveling the route to freedom.
