i was nervous to put this together!! i can still remember sitting at a coffee shop, thinking to myself how crazy this was. At the time I had just started teaching yoga, new to the energy healing world, and no clue who would even want to join.

My friend and I loved our stay here! Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful, the area is beautiful, and they made the planning so simple. We booked it as a quick girls get away and enjoyed every minute of getting to disconnect and enjoy the nature. We already started planning a return trip before we checked out. Highly, highly recommend!

What a great weekend we had on a retreat at River Mountain. The food was simple, healthy, and I still think about that cranberry-walnut bread with local jams. Such friendly people run the place. I'll have to come back to glamp in a yurt. The bunk rooms are fun and thank goodness the air conditioning kicked in on an unseasonably scorching hot weekend in early April. So peaceful and memorable there.

Wow, what a memorable and meaningful four days together with 36 beautiful souls. I led a retreat at River Mountain. Friends came together in reunion and new relationships were forged that will last a lifetime. We all left refreshed through the quiet practices of Yin and Restorative Yoga while surrounded by the stunning mountain views.
